Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your SugarBelly account and data.

We respect your right to control your data. If you would like to permanently delete your SugarBelly account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the methods below.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
  • All meal logs and glucose readings synced to the cloud
  • Authentication credentials
  • All sync metadata and device associations

Data stored only on your device (local meal logs, preferences) is not affected by account deletion. To remove local data, uninstall the app or use the “Clear Data & Sign Out” option in the app's profile settings.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Email Us

Send an email to support@sugarbelly.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your SugarBelly account. We will process your request and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

Option 2: In the App

Open SugarBelly → go to the Profile tab → tap Sign Out → choose “Clear Data & Sign Out” to remove all local data. Then email us at the address above to complete the deletion of your cloud data and account.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
